Tesla Cybertruck in Matte Black Confirmed by Elon Musk 1

Tesla recently surprised the automotive world with their unveiling of the Cybertruck, a futuristic electric truck with up to 500+ miles of range, 14,000+ lbs of towing capacity, and a zero to sixty time of under 2.9 seconds. The Cybertruck will start at $39,900 for the single motor base model with the top trim level, the tri-motor all-wheel drive edition priced at $69,900.

In order to minimize the cost of the truck while increasing its durability, the Cybertruck will be the first Tesla vehicle to utilize an exoskeleton design which will essentially make the body of the vehicle the frame as well. As a result, it was previously believed that the vehicle will come unpainted, in its raw stainless steel exoskeleton enclosure.

However, according to a recent post by Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, it appears that the Tesla Cybertruck will also offer a matte black option.
